After 5:15pm and on weekends: The building is locked during these times, so we will meet you at the main building's glass doors 5 minutes before your appointment to let you in.
To cancel or reschedule, either: 1) Open your appointment confirmation or reminder email and click on the link that says "view appointment details" and select "Cancel" or "Reschedule"; or 2) If you've created an account, click on the LOGIN link below; or 3) Call us at 206-330-1773
*Cancelations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours notice may be charged the full rate for the appointment.
To redeem gift certificates (including gifts for a package): After selecting your appointment time below, please write the gift certificate number in the box titled "Gift Certificate Number". Please DO NOT use the box titled "Package, Gift, or Coupon Code", which is only for packages you purchased through the scheduling system (not gift certificates). Thank you!
